It's understandable - in this case we are dealing with a style without a standard fastener and straps. The right size is therefore crucial to ensure that the bra stays in place all night long.

However, nowadays even ladies wearing size D or E on a daily basis can buy an adhesive bra. When choosing the right size, we are guided primarily by our cup. This means that we have to give up all kinds of lotions or oils, because they can reduce the adhesion of the glue.
After proper preparation of the skin, we can proceed to unpacking the bra. In this case, it is worth remembering a few useful tricks. First of all, we start by removing the special protective film. Remember not to throw it away - it will be useful to protect the bra after taking it off. Then you need to loosen the special lacing that is located between the cups. First, put the bra on one breast - then with the other hand, collect the bust so that it fits well to the cup, and then press the bra gently to the skin. We do the same with the other side. Finally, we hold both cups again so that they stick well to the skin and we can remove the bindings - of course, if the model we choose has them.
How to clean a silicone bra?
Now that we know how to put on a silicone bra, it's also worth taking a moment to properly store it. There is an opinion among many women that silicone bras are disposable. Although it is definitely not a bra model that we will be able to use for years, with proper use, we can wear it several times. First of all, we wash the silicone bra only by hand. We use water and mild soap for this. During cleaning, we pay special attention not to damage its structure with a fingernail or a ring. After washing, rinse the bra and let it dry. Avoid rubbing with a towel or drying on a radiator - this way you can destroy the adhesive and the bra will not stick to the body. Finally, you can protect the inside of the bra with the foil it was originally packed in.
