How to choose a bra size?
When measuring under the bust (circumference), make sure that the centimeter is in a horizontal line along its entire length and is directly under the breasts.
We take a deep breath, then breathe out and squeeze the measure. We get the result rounded down by approx. 5 cm (i.e. if the centimeter is 72 cm, our circumference will be 65 cm for most manufacturers)
Then measure the circumference of the bust at the height of the nipples with a tape measure - this time without squeezing the centimeter, loosely, slightly bending forward.
